Self-harm is always a struggle. Nothing about it is easy. The victim hever has just one thought instead, it's hundreds and thousands of thoughts that are all contradicting. Self-harmers hurt them selfs physically to be 'better' emotionally. It doesn't make sence. Why must they bleed to be happy? Its only a temporary happy as well so they must carry on bleeding till they run out of blood. They always want to hurt themselves but no matter what there is that tiny voice of anxiety that says 'this will hurt you too much for you to be happy' or 'once you have done this there is no goin back'. Why is this something that they deal with alone? I dont understand it. Why is it always thought of as an easy thing to do? Why...?
