The Carmilla Movie!!!

Right , how can one keep their shit calm when The fucking Carmilla Movie comes out in only a few weeks?!?!?!

Seriously though , the trailer showed so much possibility for so many things. Like , maybe a possible love triangle?!? Because Dominique Provost-Chalkley was announced at the fan expo to be playing Ell in the movie... Yes , the very same Ell that Carmilla was "head over heels for" as Mattie so gracefully puts it. Which means we are probably gunna see some awkward conversations and looks between Laura , Carmilla and Ell as that picture suggests ( it was meant to be gif that showed Ell saying "sugar?" but I couldn't get it on the thing so next best thing ). So that's gunna be fun.

Can I just point out the Danny wasn't in the trailer!! Either it's because she died at the end of season 3 ( the WORST scenario I assure you ) , not there anyway or just not showing up enough to be in the trailer. Sharon Belle might have just been too busy working on Swerve ( Which is absolutely immaculate and what the actual fuck at the moment so not complaining ) to work on the movie so they cut her lines out maybe? Honestly , I don't know what the situation is yet but I think we will find out in the movie or shortly afterwards. Maybe it's meant to be a surprise that she's in it so we can have a weird love square?? Unlikely I know. Personally , I do actually think she died in season 3 because for some reason I think that'd be the only reason she wouldn't be there to protect Laura and Kirsch in this mysterious endeavour. However , she could be leaving them to it because she may feel guilty for her actions in season 3 which knowing Laura she will completely disregard everything that happened in that season and try and convince her to come along anyway but Danny will refuse. Hopefully , that's the case because I wanna see our tall ginger gay giant again but not in a shitty flashback but in the movie plotline but she isn't gunna be invested in the plot obviously but I need her alive! There is only hope thus far.

I have a theory that instead of feeding Ell to the big angler fish god the Dean instead made her into a vampire forcing her to never see Carmilla again and live as she did. This would explain why in the trailer she looked into the mirror as if she hadn't seen her reflection in a rather long time ( providing that's a vampire stereotype in that universe ). It's a kind of unlikely explanation mind but still possible. I can't tell for certain why she's no longer a vampire but my closest reasoning is that it has something to do with Carmilla's revamping after becoming human but that doesn't make much sense so I'd just disregard that.

Also... LAFERRY! No but just... LaFerry! If they aren't together I'm suing everyone. They have a business. They have a business together... named LaFerry. So if they aren't together then that's a business ordeal gone wrong. I mean they were dancing in the ball type thing. Yeh Perry looks really serious in the dance but that's just Perry so that's understandable but LaF is smiling whilst talking to Perry and it's so adorable I can't even!

Also , I saw a gif on the Carmilla series facebook which showed Ell standing in the middle of Laura , Carmilla and Mel as if they were interrogating her but it looked as though they were shocked by her presence like she popped out of no-where because Mel is holding a crossbow to her. It looks like Mel and Laura where trying to find out who she is intensely but then Carmilla stepped in and just intervened. If my lip-reading skills haven't failed me ( which they usually do ) Carm is saying something like "she is" I mean it was either that or "shits" but I'd rather go with the first one. So maybe she's explaining this mysterious woman's ( Ell ) identity so they don't kill her. I don't know.

Anyway , I have babbled for long enough about gay shit and Dominique though! So I leave you with the most beautiful of beautiful TV gays in her up and coming roll as another TV gay and who's roll and character I will never get over existing...
